Omexom staff takes trainee of the year award

Sage Baucke, electrician and team leader with Omexom New Zealand’s Power Services Northern (Transmission and Substations Perimeter), is this year’s Transmission Trainee of the Year at the 2024 Connexis Energy Trainee Awards!

Sage was among three finalists for the award, and we know it was well deserved!

Sage joined us three years ago, working at substations around the upper North Island and qualified, as an electrician a year ago.

She has since worked her way up to team leader. Well done, Sage!
